None of my TEXTURE PACKS can be downloaded, it has been like this for weeks. I reported this before but didn't get any help. 

This is WRONG I payed for the TEXTURE PACKS therefore I have the right to DOWNLOAD them. 

And don't tell me to 'log in with my microsoft account' I've tried ALL of that.
