realm crashes, (bedrock) when players die

      this happens on minecraft bedrock, i alerted microsoft and i would like an answer, every time someone dies on my friends 10 players paid realm  it crashes and loads a backup! its extreamly hard to get work done! please help

      1.16.100

      1.16.101 and 1.16.40
