Hi 

My son could not join with friends due to an 'outdated server's as there has been an update by Minecraft recently. We uninstalled the app and reinstalled it with Xbox live as it wasn't reinstalling saying 'there was a problem signing into your Microsoft account. How he has lost all of his world's and we spent a lot of money on his collection. I'm exasperated its going to break his heart he is only 6 years old and spent lots of time building up worlds. Help!
