For some reason my switch will not update the hotfix I'm stuck at 1.16.200

This sucks because I can not play without my game freezing every few mins after a major data loading of map.  It will just stop working and crash to point I have to reset game.  Some areas it either take a long while to crash or isnt crashing at all. Other areas its every 10 mins if not less.

I've been doing alot of reading and my problem is I cant figure out why or how update to version 1.16.21 for the switch.  Even reddit says you guys released a hotfix .210 and its live but I cant get there.  

Thanks for your time and help with this matter.  I hope I'm not bothering you to much but I miss playing minecraft and hope you guys can help me fix my issue with the hotfix update.
