For a month, I have been unable to play in realms and my friend list has been completely empty. Today, after a last ditch effort before cancelling my online account, I signed out of Microsoft account, reloaded Minecraft and see that there is a new version downloaded onto my switch. Now when I try to sign into Microsoft account, nothing happens, it just”loads”. Please help/fix.
