this a bedrock server hosted on ubuntu in the cloud. It was working fine on 1.11 till the 1.12 upgrade. I simply uploaded the bedrock_server and libCrypto.so from 1.12 to the directory where all the data file/directory located. then 'infinite hunger and infinite food supply' bug.

in order to compare the result of a vanilla server, I also created a vanilla server with files from the zip file. This server does not exhibit the 'infinite hunger & infinite food' problem. they do get hunger and food does file them up.

I think it is data compatibility problem for data converted from 1.11.
