Okay, so my Microsoft name tag appears in game and it says I'm connected on the title screen, but I can't see my friends in game even when the XBox app shows they're on. And when I hop into a world and open up the settings, a message appears on the side bar saying "You are currently offline. Please connect your Microsoft account to see your friends." Or something to that effect. I asked around on Reddit and no one knew what the problem was. I figured that reinstalling would help, but whenever the app is deleted, all the data goes with it meaning all my progress will be gone. Don't really want that, so what do I do?
