dedicated server 1.16.220.06 not starting correctly

      While i was trying to update my Dedicated server i noticed that when i was in SSH in to my ubuntu server that the server would not start or would start and then stop immediately.  

       

      Reloaded the previous version 1.16.210.06 which loaded and started without issue (just cant play on the server due to it being outdated)
