Minecraft Earth skin missing clouds

      The Minecraft Earth skin appears to not have the clouds anymore on my phone or xbox. How can I fix this issue? I haven't noticed until I saw that other people have had the clouds on their shoulders but my bedrock edition skin doesn't appear to have it.
