When playing Minecraft Bedrock Vanilla Server in a plain non modded survival hard mode, The nether and end portals always creating new duplicates depending on the player who enters it. The portal affects players entry and re-entry either it will create a new link even the old/original portal is enabled thus it will create a new one either inside a wall without the exit portal created inside the nether or has one.. most likely it changes coordinates and creates a new one.
