Player cant private message other player
 
Steps to Reproduce: 

• /msg player_name message
• /tell player_name message
• /w player_name message

 
Observed Results: 
All command above will respond with "No targets match selector"
 
Expected Results: 
The message will send to other player

The private message command will only works on server command, but player cant use it.
