Our bedrock server is unable to authenticate players and many people get a "You need to authenticate to Xbox Live." message when trying to connect.  Most clients are up date at 1.12.1, 1.12.0.28 clients experience same issue.  Both Windows 10 and Android.

Server is at 1.12.0.28.

Connections to XBox live has been checked and is working.  Restarting the server and the clients does not fix the issue.
