basically I opened minecraft and then it kicked me out so then I opened it again and I saw that I was logged out of my account, so I logged back in and then I went to worlds and saw that I had nothing, all of my worlds were gone, I'm pretty sure the got deleted because when I open and close the app and check they're still not there.

I don't know what to do.
