The teleporter that I built seems to have stopped working, and checking through the update history I can’t find it being modified.

Problem; when an Ender Pearl is placed on the honey block/water with soul sand combination, the Ender Pearl floats there. 

However now when leaving the area, the Ender Pearl disappears. 

Not sure when this broke, but using this system before I was able to travel tens of thousands of blocks away and the Ender Pearl didn’t disappear.
