Content in allowlist file is wiped when server restarts.

This only occurs if only allowlist is being used. If whitelist.json exists then deprication notice shows in console log, but neither whitelist.json nor allowlist.json is wiped and it otherwise functions correctly.

So i have copied the allowlist file contents to whitelist as a work around.
