After playing Java with a friend I found that you can hear goat horns from really far distances but after trying it on the Bedrock Edition of the game I found that goat horns can not be heard from very far and is more of the distance of a Jukebox or Noteblock. I believe this a bug or a feature not yet implemented into the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft and should be either fixed or added as soon as you guys get the chance to fix or add it.
