When I was heading to the nether from one of my overworld portals, the game was taking 5 minutes to load so I restarted that game, when I logged back in it had said I had died.

Just today, while I was heading to the overworld it did the same thing and it said that I had "Fallen from a high place" and my gear dropped at world spawn. Please help me.
