Maps that were previously locked, are no longer locked (they are still labeled as locked). Locked maps can now be updated. In the attached image there used to be the words "Phantom Smp Shopping" in the top left corner (part of which can still be seen). Ignore the black markings in the attached image.. that is a different bug.
