I was installing the Minecraft dedicated server and after I unzipped it and did the command that Mojang said it told me that "This code execution cannot proceed because CONCRT140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." and "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" I have reinstalled it 4 times and installing the other version of the dedicated server, but I cannot get it to work and I'm hoping that it is a bug or something that someone can tell me to fix it.
