I can't use chat in any of my worlds. It keeps saying "Chat is disabled for this server" And I can't send xbox messages

      It is everywhere. I can't even use chat in my worlds or on Xbox chat. I've tried everything but it remains disabled. Can you please tell me why? This is Bedrock 1.21.1, by the way.
