My paid skins aren't loading

    • Xbox, bedrock edition, have experienced other problems as well but im unsure about whos fault that is.

      Basically, my skins are no longer mine, i paid some money for these, and ive already had to re-buy my skins twice since the game keeps re-releasing. It says it "cant load character 1-5."
