I logged in my account, bought coins and downloaded some packs with my phone; logged in with another phone to same microsoft account; and there is no coins nor purchases. I do not do anything with those purchases on my phone; only reason I bought those is that I don’t have to put payment info on my kids phone. need money pack or those to work on the other phone as promised.
