I hope I selected the right version but I can't do ANYTHING with something I paid for! I can't update a few of my packs let alone use them but I'm not surprised...It's Microsoft! It says I can no longer use Chroma Hills HD without a Realms Plus subscription and if that's the case I want a full refund as I did have to pay for that originally and I don't see why I should have to PAY 10.30 a month just to use the damn thing! For the other ones it says it wants me to update them but then when I click on update nothing happens! Why am I paying for something that I can't use?! I can't use the Halo one unless I'm offline in a single player environment! Before the damn hotfix I could use them just fine on my Realms but if that's the way it's going to be I'll cancel all of my services and demand a full refund on the non working packs!

Please fix this! I still would like a full refund on Chroma Hills HD though as I DID pay for it and now I can't use it without your damn Realms Plus subscription which is extremely unfair! I will NOT pay for that when I have already paid for the pack in the first place!

I have no means of asking or mentioning this anywhere else as I have already tried and I'm not spending the rest of my vacation trying to do so!
