One day I opened minecraft earth and my character kept loading. So i tried to make a new character in charachter creator. Then I discovered all the clothes I buyed we're locked again.

Then I went on my pc and I saw that all the worlds and texture packs i bought were locked. The remaining MineCoins are still there but everything I purchased is locked again. And I spent a lot of money on the marketplace so I hope you can understand I want a solution ASAP.
