New update causes blocks to not drop

      After updating to 1.14.30, I tried to mine blocks. Nothing is dropping. Pickaxe, shovel, etc. I just tried to pick up a crafting table I placed on the ground. It disappeared. As well as my bed. Everything is disappearing in survival. I'm playing on iPhone. I cannot play until you fix this issue.
