I went on Minecraft on my Xbox and my skins and worlds that I bought got deleted

      I went on Minecraft on my Xbox and my skins and worlds that I bought got deleted. It shows them in my storage but there all locked. I have tried restarting my Xbox and leaving the game but my world templates and my skins are still gone.
