We bought the Grand Hotel Resource Pack by Shapescape on Minecraft for PS4. Unfortunately it is glitching out. Within seconds of starting gameplay the game begins to lag and within a couple of minutes it force-quits with an error message (shown in attachments below). This has happened consistently since we bought the pack yesterday. We have checked that both the game and the software are up to date but it still won’t work. My son is really upset as he spent his small amount of pocket money on this pack and he can’t play it at all! I am sending this report from my account; his username is DogPuppy20. I have attached screenshots below of the Grand Hotel Map (as appears in PlayStation Store) and the error message. I hope this is enough info. 

we would really appreciate a refund for this as they cannot play it at all. Thanks
