i was going up a waterfall in my home base and fell to my death and when I spawened all of my items disappeared. I didn't fall in lava I was like 3 blocks away from my bed all that came up was my xp and that's it. I lost diorite armor and lots of stuff and in general the game has been feeling buggy.
