      I purchased MCD Hero Edition and the install went smoothly.  I have 4 DLC characters, the cape and chicken, but when trying to download the Jungle Awakens DLC my only option is to purchase it for $5.99.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 or 4 times now and still nothing.  I am positive everything installed correctly.
