When running the bedrock server on Windows, shutting down the computer and booting it causes the software to start up again. 

Bedrock server does not appear in Task Manager and it isn't in the settings for start up apps.

When running a server with lots of different software, the bedrock server can't restart after a power loss, it needs to be controlled.
