I found a bunch of diamonds and made a diamond sword, pickaxe, axe, and shovel. Immediately after making them, I shut off the game as it was late night. I didn’t die because I saw that the items I equipped where still on me (iron helmet, armor, legs, and boots, and shield). I checked all my chests and none of them were there.
