Hi,

we have had minecraft on the switch since around lock down. My daughter paid her self for Nintendo's account, we have been able to sign into the online gaming once through the Microsoft account, it took ages to access the account but since that one time no luck! 
Today we have tried to log in and there has recently been an update to the game and still no although we are getting an error code 0 

please help
