The packets I rely on for my Spigot plugin aren't being sent to the server. I need to know when a player has signed a book or is editing a book. In previous versions this wasn't an issue at all. Now in 1.9.2 it doesn't with all the latest builds of BungeeCord (1.9-SNAPSHOT:b6b015f:1142) and Spigot (git-Spigot-f6feaaa-f326992 (MC: 1.9.2) | 1.9.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)! Since the packets are sent from client to server, I can only assume that it's a client sided issue. Please fix this ASAP!
