Normally every thing has a constant motion when it moves such as an animal walking. Although in 1.9.2, everything moves in short bursts but I am not experiencing any loss of FPS. Also, when collecting resource I would have to break it 10 times over until finally it collects. When attacking anything, I experience delays in reaction time to an attack. When arrows fired, the arrows drop after traveling 3 blocks with a fully charged bow. In addition to these problems, I cannot eat. The eating animation appears, and the sound plays but I never gain any hunger points back it just stay eating indefinitely. I do have videos for these instances but I can only attach 10 MB. This problem started the moment I started using 1.9.2

Assign more RAM to Minecraft, see MC-12949

A lit if the lag issues have already been fixed in the snapshots for 1.9.3. You could try playing in 1.9.3 pre-3 (after backing up your world).
