instantly travel to the nether after entering a nether portal

      Normally, when you enter a nether portal, a swirling animation appears for a few seconds, then you go to the nether. In 16w20a, you reach the nether immediately after you enter the portal. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if it was just changed to do this in 1.10.
