Minecraft crashes whenever i try to play on multiplayer and connect online (works fine on singleplayer)

      Whenever i try to connect to an online server minecraft crashes and gives me an error message. I've tried to look online for solutions and none of them work (most are old solutions but i tried anyway). This doesn't happen on single player everything runs fine. The moment i type in a server and click on join server minecraft crashes and this message appears:
