On minecraft.gamepedia.com, it says that it added a sound for when you use an enchanting table and a series of them for polar bears.

I thought that they would work.

But they actually gave out no sound. The sound files are accessible from /playsound commands but they do not make any sounds once played. I turned up all of my volume settings and still could not hear anything. I also tried to turn on subtitles, but still, nothing. It gave off the regular damage sounds when I hit the polar bears, though.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to hit a polar bear
2. Try a /playsound command to play a polar bear or enchanting table sound
