Graphics issue in 1.9

      Whenever my brother opens up a world, his game starts to have random graphical glitches. He has Intel HD 4400 graphics updated to the latest version. This doesn't effect 1.8 or lower. If you need it, I provided a manual crash report for you to see.

      Edit: 1.10-pre1 doesn't have this issue.
