Clicking the change mode button in the structure block GUI causes some GUI elements to disappear and the structure block fails to change mode. The mode can still be changed by editing the NBT tag of the block.

This affects all structure blocks in a specific chunk which contains multiple structure blocks.

Forced a crash in world and chunk where this is happening, attached report.
