No two player ability without two live accounts after June 2016 update

      After recent June 2016 update I can no longer play split screen two players with existing non-XBOX LIVEprofiles on console. When trying to add a second non-LIVE player there are no longer options showing all profiles to choose from. The only options are "download profile" or "create profile".
