I was on 1.10.2 and MC-102488 happened and some other things too like flickering black bars and there was invsible text at first. I accidentally opened a window while fullscreened when it happened the "new language" came in a different font than 101369 and said united kindom instead of uk

*What I expected to happen was when i opened the window in would look normal with no black bars

*What actually happened was there were black flickering bars and most of the text in the game disapeared and when you go to languages there is a "new language" missing at first but when you click it. It appears titled english (united kindom)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. be in inventory
2. open a window in fullscreen
3. unminimize the window
