I summon a zombie/armor_stand etc. with

/summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {ArmorItems: [0:{}, 1:{}, 2:{} ,3:{id:"minecraft:diamond_helmet"} ]}

No armor will show up.

If you check the entitydata of an armored mob (not summoned), the datatag is correct!
