my minecraft skins wont show up and i cant see other peoples skins

      this started a few days ago and now whenever i go on minecraft whether its on a server or in singleplayer i cant see mine or other peoples minecraft skins but they can see mine. I have tried uninstalling minecraft and reinstalling it but nothing is working please help
