If I remove the entire of a village using /fill minecraft:air should it still count as a village? According to /locate it does. Surely you could destroy a village and build a base there to do /locate Village and find your base. To fix this you could add some block which need to be non-broken to count as a village.

Attachment shows destroyed village, the word Base (pretend its someone's base) /locate command leading to nearby cords on F3. All naturally generated village blocks were destroyed.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. run /locate Village
      2. Destroy the village
      3. Build your base
      4. do /locate Village again and it will lead you to your base
