I am not sure for absolutely all animals may spawn and die from suffocation in blocks, but I saw (And Capture in Screenshot) some of this bug. I have Screenshots and you will see in picture the actual 'bug' bellow. I see also and other big animals, like cows, llamas and ect. to spawn and die in blocks. This bug also is in every Biome.
