      Fireworks do not explode when fired from a dispenser at y=71
      I thought it would explode

      *What actually happened was
      It did not explode

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Place a facing up dispenser at y=71 and put a firework inside
      2. ...activate the dispenser
      3. ...
