I throw an ender pearl to the ground, I should to be teleported to the position where the ender pearl disappeared. But I just keep losing health and could not connect to the server. After reconnect to the server, It shows "You are dead".

The server is an authentic server, I'm one of the administrator, it's a CentOS 6.6 server.
