Resource Pack: Pack format not working correctly

      In Minecraft 1.10.2 resource packs used pack formate "2" to work correctly, in 1.11.2 the correct format is "3" however this does not allow the en_US.lang folder to be read correctly.

      If you leave the pack format as "2" in 1.11.2 the pack works correclty and loads the textures correctly but in the resource pack menu it shows it as outdated. However if you do update the format to "3" the resource pack no longer gets listed as outdated but it dosn't work correctly.

      I know this was a opended issue but was resolved for some reason when the problem is still a issue.

      In the pictures attached below its shows a gui of a dropper and the title of the block is "Dropper" even though in the en_US.lang folder it is set to say Ammunition Crate in both title.dropper.name and container.dropper fields.
