For all menus and GUI's, Minecraft thinks my cursor is about one quarter screen above and to the left of where it appears to me
What I expected to happen was...:
Cursor should highlight and be able to click on buttons that it is hovering over
What actually happened was...:
I need to move the cursor far down and to the right of where I want to click. This occurs in full-screen mode.
I cannot move the cursor off-screen, so there are many buttons I cannot click.
At launch, the Minecraft window appears mostly off screen in the bottom right-hand corner of my monitor.
The new launcher appears centred. Problem begins at launch.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Minecraft.
