Particle rendering order problem

      What I expected to happen was:

      When particles show, they go over the water

      What hpapened was:

      When particles show, they are "under" the water

      Steps to reproduce:
      a) Put note block beside water OR fire
      b) Activate Note block or watch particles from fire
